By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to purchase my services.

General Info
✦ Your artwork will be delivered digitally. No physical goods will be shipped to you.✦ I am not responsible for lost copies of final artworks and I am under no obligation to keep any copies on hand. It is your responsibility to save the file sent to you and to keep track of it.✦ Commissions are for personal use only and are not available for commercial use. For inquiries regarding commercial use, please contact me directly.✦ All association with AI, NFT, and any sort of cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.✦ I retain rights to the original artwork and may publish the art as examples on portfolios, galleries, and other social media platforms. However, private commissions may be discussed upon request.✦ Clients may post their finished commissioned piece on their own social media, only if appropriate credit is sourced to any of my linked social platforms.✦ Edits of the original artwork and removal of my watermark are not allowed.✦ Do not claim the commissioned work as your own.✦ I have the right to refuse any commission request I do not feel comfortable with or that are not within my capabilities. This may include:

✦ Replication of other artstyles
✦ Kink/fetish art
✦ Hate or bigotry
Payment
✦ Prices are in USD.✦ A PayPal invoice will be sent once the commission request has been finalised and approved.✦ Full payment must be made before I begin any work.✦ I do not currently accept payment plans or partial payments.✦ Artwork of complex characters or additional elements may be subject to an additional fee of 10-50% of the original price.
Refunds
✦ Cancellation of a commission is only available before payment has been made.✦ Once I begin work on a commission, there will be no refunds available.✦ Refunds may be issued at my discretion in the event that I am unable to complete a commission.
Process
✦ Allow up to 1 month to complete a commission. You will be notified if a commission is expected to take longer than 1 week to complete.✦ Progress of commissions can be tracked on Trello.✦ Once payment is received, I will begin sketching the concept for your approval.✦ After the sketch has been approved, I will proceed with lineart, colouring, and the render where applicable.✦ You will receive progress updates through each stage of the process. You may request any alterations or revisions you would like during this period to ensure the finished result suits your vision.✦ Upon completion, a final revision process will be done after which the full file/s will be sent to you.✦ The completed commission will include a full-resolution file with my watermark and any alternate versions as applicable.
